Styku description

A fitness assessment is a combination of two important parts. First we start with a state of the art 3-D Body Scan. This process is done in order to gather raw data about the body. Next a member of our Training staff will conduct a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) along with asking a line of important questions. Through this overall process a program will be customized for you based on your scan and fitness goals.
